Neelesh Satoniya has taken on the position of Head of General Trade Sales for the India region at OnePlus. He brings experience from roles at Xiaomi Technology, Samsung Electronics, Unibic Foods India Pvt Ltd, Hindustan Unilever and Nestlé. At Xiaomi he held several leadership positions such as Associate Director Zonal Head and Zonal Business Manager and also led Mi Homes India retail operations where he worked on market share growth and retail expansion. His time at Samsung added to his experience in scaling sales across regions. His earlier roles in Unibic Foods, HUL and Nestlé helped build his skills in channel sales, distribution and go to market planning.
His move to OnePlus comes as the company continues to build its offline and general trade presence in India. His background in retail operations, distribution and sales across different regions is expected to support the company’s approach to general trade.
