NVIDIA Announces Financial Results for Third Quarter Fiscal 2026

NVIDIA reported revenue of $57.0 billion for Q3 fiscal 2026, up 22% from the prior quarter and 62% year over year. Data center revenue was $51.2 billion, up 25% quarter on quarter and 66% year on year. GAAP gross margin was 73.4% and diluted EPS was $1.30. Year to date NVIDIA returned $37.0 billion to shareholders through buybacks and dividends and it has $62.2 billion left under its repurchase authorization.

The company said Blackwell family GPUs set new performance and efficiency marks. NVIDIA detailed broad industry partnerships and deployments including an agreement to supply at least 10 gigawatts of systems to OpenAI and Anthropic adopting an initial 1 gigawatt. NVIDIA also announced new products and initiatives across supercomputing networking storage and AI factory infrastructure.

For Q4 NVIDIA expects revenue near $65.0 billion plus or minus 2% and gross margin near 74.8% plus or minus 0.5 percentage points. The company will pay a quarterly dividend of $0.01 per share in December 2025.
