Ola Electric is hiring for a Category Product 2W role to support strategy and planning for its two-wheeler portfolio. The role focuses on customer needs, feature planning, scenario modeling, and cross-team coordination to support category decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build feature envelopes and convert user needs into clear requirements
  • Create volume and price band scenarios with sensitivity analysis
  • Support analysis modeling and documentation for category planning
  • Coordinate inputs across engineering product manufacturing and finance teams
  • Track category KPIs including forecast accuracy refresh cycles and competition moves
  • Maintain version control for briefs and planning documents

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in product planning category management PMO or analytical roles
  • Strong spreadsheet and modeling skills
  • Clear and structured documentation ability
  • Exposure to mobility EV or consumer electronics
