Panasonic Holdings Corporation has updated its dividend forecast for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2026. The company announced that it plans to distribute a total dividend of 40 yen per share. This will consist of an interim dividend of 20 yen, to be paid on September 30, 2025, and a year-end dividend of 20 yen, to be paid on March 31, 2026.

In comparison, shareholders received a total of 48 yen per share in fiscal 2025, with 20 yen as an interim dividend and 28 yen as a year-end dividend. The revised forecast reflects management’s consideration of business performance, financial conditions and the company’s profit distribution policy.

Panasonic informed that the decision balances shareholder returns with the need to strengthen financial stability and support long-term growth. The announcement was approved by the Board of Directors on August 29, 2025.
