The company introduced the Advanced Visualization Workspace (AVW) 16, a vendor-neutral, multi-modality platform that brings cardiac CT, MR, and vascular imaging tools together with customizable reporting. By integrating quantitative analysis, automated workflows, and unified viewing, AVW 16 supports clinicians in interpreting complex studies and enables more streamlined decision-making across cardiac, oncology, neuro, and vascular imaging.
Philips also showcased the cloud-based version of Advanced Visualization Workspace on Philips HealthSuite, powered by AWS. This SaaS model is designed to expand access to advanced tools, reduce onsite IT requirements, and allow teams to review studies securely from various locations. Early adopters, such as clinicians at Calderdale Royal Hospital in the UK, noted improvements in flexibility and case review processes.
Alongside platform updates, Philips highlighted ongoing AI collaborations with companies including Quibim and 4DMedical. These partnerships aim to integrate disease-specific tools into Philips’ ecosystem, supporting more consistent diagnostic workflows. Across its offerings, Philips emphasized a focus on simplifying data access, reducing manual steps, and enabling care teams to dedicate more time to patient-centered decisions.
