Ragini Das has been appointed Head of Google for Startups – India. She brings over 12 years of experience in building and scaling consumer-tech brands and has a strong understanding of growth, community and brand development in the Indian startup space.
Before joining Google, Ragini co-founded leap.club, a community-led professional network that helps women advance in their careers through mentorship and collaboration. Under her leadership, the platform grew into a well-known space for women professionals.
Earlier, she worked with Zomato, Aludecor, Standard Chartered Bank and Trident Group India, gaining experience in marketing, strategy and business development. With her background across startups and corporates, Ragini will guide Google for Startups – India as it continues supporting founders and early-stage companies.
