Realme has announced that the Realme 16 Pro series will launch in India soon. The lineup is expected to include the Realme 16 Pro and a new Realme 16 Pro+ model, marking an expansion beyond the previous Realme 15 Pro 5G series, which did not feature a Pro+ variant. A teaser image hints at a slim design with a golden frame and a raised rear camera module. More details about the number of models and their names are expected to be shared by the company in the coming days.

The Realme 16 Pro, identified with the model number RMX5121, has appeared on China’s TENAA and MIIT certification sites. The listings indicate a flat display, square-shaped rear camera island, and a design that may include a 6.78-inch 1.5K OLED screen with a 144Hz refresh rate. The phone is expected to use a 2.5GHz processor, run on Android 16-based Realme UI 7, and feature a 200-megapixel primary camera along with a 50-megapixel front camera. It may include a 7,000mAh battery with 80W charging support.

The Realme 16 Pro+ model, likely carrying the RMX5131 number, is expected to share similar specifications and offer multiple colour options. More information is likely to emerge as the launch approaches.
