Bosch Home Comfort Group India Appoints Rishi Mehta as Executive Director–Finance & CFO

Rishi Mehta has been appointed Executive Director–Finance & CFO at Bosch Home Comfort Group India.

Based in Ahmedabad, he will take on expanded responsibilities beyond his current CFO role, focusing on financial strategy, M&A integration and driving key business priorities including go-to-market execution and cost management under the Bosch brand transition.

Rishi brings over 21 years of experience across automotive, air conditioning and IT sectors. He has been with the organisation for more than eight years and has contributed to financial restructuring and operational improvements.

Prior to this, he held leadership roles at Adient India, Delphi and Flextronics, building expertise in financial reporting, P&L management and cross-regional operations.
