Sabine Schneider Appointed as New Head- People & Organisations at Siemens

Siemens India has announced the appointment of Sabine Schneider as its new Head of People and Organisation. She will formally assume the role on January 1, 2026.

She succeeds Shilpa Kabra Maheshwari, who is leaving the company to pursue opportunities outside Siemens.

With nearly 30 years of experience in people and organisational leadership—over 25 of those within Siemens—Sabine has held key roles in learning, talent development, people management, and business partnering across Europe and Asia, including Singapore.

In India, she will be responsible for shaping the company’s people agenda. Her key responsibilities will include workforce strategy, capability development, employee experience architecture, and organisation-wide transformation.
