Samsung Electronics has announced its financial results for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2025.

For Q4 2025, Samsung recorded its highest-ever quarterly revenue of KRW 93.8 trillion, a 9% quarter-on-quarter increase. Operating profit for the quarter stood at KRW 20.1 trillion.

For the full year FY 2025, the company reported revenue of KRW 333.6 trillion and operating profit of KRW 43.6 trillion. Annual R&D investment reached a record KRW 37.7 trillion, underlining Samsung’s long-term focus on technology leadership.

The Device Solutions (DS) division delivered strong performance, with quarter-on-quarter sales growth of 33%, led by the Memory business. Memory achieved record quarterly revenue and operating profit, driven by higher demand and pricing for HBM and other high-value products.

The Device eXperience (DX) division saw an 8% sequential decline in revenue, mainly due to softer smartphone launch effects and competitive market conditions.

Looking ahead to 2026, Samsung expects continued growth in AI and server-related demand. The company plans to expand AI-driven offerings across memory, foundry, mobile devices, displays, and consumer electronics, while maintaining a strong focus on profitability and efficiency.
