Sandeep Nagar has been elevated to the role of Associate General Manager at HCLTech, where he continues to lead the company’s End User Computing (EUC) Services. In his expanded leadership role, he is responsible for overseeing large-scale service delivery operations, client engagement, team management, and initiatives focused on IT service excellence.
In this capacity, Nagar plays a key role in driving operational efficiency and ensuring consistent, value-led outcomes for global clients. His responsibilities span IT Service Management, stakeholder engagement, and program execution, areas in which he brings extensive hands-on experience.
Prior to this elevation, Nagar held several leadership positions within HCLTech. These included serving as Service Delivery Manager across India and the UK, as well as Senior Manager roles with a focus on project and program management. His work across geographies has contributed to strengthening cross-border delivery capabilities and service execution.
Before joining HCLTech, Nagar spent over a decade at Barclays, where he worked as a Project Business Analyst. He has also held roles at IGS and InterGlobe Air Transport, gaining exposure to diverse operational and business environments.
With close to two decades of professional experience across IT operations, EUC services, stakeholder management, and global service delivery, Nagar brings a strong execution-focused approach to his current mandate at HCLTech.
