Sennheiser has introduced the Wireless Planner, a free web-based tool designed to simplify the configuration of its EW-DX digital wireless microphone system and SL DW digital wireless microphone series. Aimed at educational, corporate and field applications, the tool provides a step-by-step interface to help users select channels, receivers, transmitters, batteries, chargers, antennas and other components suited to their specific project requirements.
The Wireless Planner is intended for customers working under tight deadlines, offering a quick way to plan and optimize wireless microphone setups. Users can generate a complete summary of their configuration, including a system overview, bill of materials, product names, specifications and part numbers.
According to Sennheiser, the tool builds on the ease of use of its Room Planner and is designed to save time while ensuring accuracy. Once the setup is completed, Sennheiser’s technical and sales teams are available to provide additional support if needed. The Wireless Planner is available now online for immediate use.
