Qualcomm Appoints Kevin O’Buckley as Executive Vice President, Global Operations and Supply Chain

Qualcomm Incorporated has appointed Kevin O’Buckley as Executive Vice President Global Operations and Supply Chain effective March 2, 2026. In this role he will lead global semiconductor operations across manufacturing engineering, foundry and supplier partnerships, supply chain and procurement. He will report to Akash Palkhiwala Executive Vice President CFO and COO.

Kevin joins Qualcomm from Intel where he served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of Intel Foundry Services. He led global foundry operations including advanced packaging, process technology and supplier partnerships. He brings three decades of experience across Intel, IBM, GlobalFoundries and Marvell with strong expertise in semiconductor operations and complex supply chain leadership.
