Shruti Bhatia appointed as Asia AI Workforce Business Go-to-Market Leader at Microsoft

Shruti Bhatia has been named Microsoft’s Asia AI Workforce Business Go-to-Market Leader, covering ASEAN, Greater China, India and South Asia. She has been with Microsoft for 15 years, holding key roles such as Country Head for Modern Work & Surface (India & South Asia), Chief of Staff and Strategy & Transformation Lead and Director across Sales Strategy, Partner Marketing and Business Applications. During this time, she has led cloud adoption, strengthened Modern Workplace solutions and built strong partner networks across enterprise, SMB and public sector organizations.

Before joining Microsoft, Shruti worked with companies like Oracle, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Max New York Life Insurance, Tata Infotech, IDC India and Publicis Groupe. Her career spans business strategy, sales, marketing and partnerships. With expertise in AI, cloud, partner strategy and digital transformation she will drive Microsoft’s AI workforce initiatives in the Asia-Pacific region.
