Sneha Arora has been appointed Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Zepto. She brings over 15 years of experience from organizations such as Simpl, Myntra, SAP, Flipkart and Texas Instruments.
At Simpl, she served as CHRO and worked with the leadership team on organizational transformation, scaling operations and building a people-first culture. Earlier at Myntra, as Vice President of Human Resources, she focused on employee engagement and inclusion, contributing to the company being listed among India’s Top 100 Great Places to Work in 2021.
Sneha holds a postgraduate degree in Human Resources from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) and has been recognized by People Matters, CII, ObserveNow and HRAI for her leadership in HR. At Zepto, she will lead people and culture initiatives, employee engagement and leadership development as the company expands across India.
