Suhas Athma has been appointed Vice President Human Resources at Olectra Greentech Limited. In this role he will lead the people strategy for the company’s electric bus and EV technology business, supporting growth and organisational capability building.
He returns to the EV and green mobility sector after working as a HR technology and process transformation leader across multiple industries. During this phase he designed operating models for internal capability centres and led HR transitions for global chemical and BFSI organisations. Earlier in his career he served as Chief Human Resources Officer at an EV and IoT enterprise and held senior HR leadership roles at Telenor, Syngenta and Computer Sciences Corporation. His experience spans digital transformation, shared services, workforce planning and large scale organisational change.
