Tata Electronics is hiring a Customer Account Manager to lead key customer relationships in the EMS business. The role focuses on account ownership, commercial negotiations and cross functional coordination to drive growth and operational alignment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead negotiations and present business strategy to senior leaders and clients
- Build and manage relationships with C suite stakeholders
- Develop cost models with strong understanding of factory operations
- Perform financial modeling cost analysis and forecasting
- Manage contracts and understand operational impact of terms
- Lead RFQ discussions across internal teams
- Own scorecards and business reviews
- Influence cross functional teams without direct authority
- Use business intelligence for market and competitor analysis
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- 10+ years of experience in EMS account management or operations
- Strong experience in contract manufacturing environments
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proven success in contract negotiations and large accounts
- Strong analytical skills in finance and cost modeling
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in engineering or business
- Certifications in supply chain or finance
