WhatsApp has officially launched its new app for Apple Watch, giving users the ability to stay connected and manage conversations without reaching for their iPhones. Available for Apple Watch Series 4 and later running watchOS 10, the app introduces a range of much-requested features designed for seamless communication on the wrist.
With the new app, users can read full messages, including long chats, write and send messages, and record and send voice messages directly from their watch. The app also supports call notifications, allowing users to see who’s calling, and emoji reactions for quick responses. Additionally, users can view clearer images and stickers and access more chat history for a better media and messaging experience.
Security remains a priority all personal messages and calls are protected by end-to-end encryption, maintaining the same privacy standards as on other devices.
