Xiaomi Technology is hiring a Sales Manager to grow its smartphone and ecosystem product business in India. The person in this role will build strong relationships with key clients and retailers, create promotional plans, and drive sales performance across markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop business strategies and promotional plans to meet sales targets
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers
- Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions for smartphones and ecosystem products
- Expand business with existing partners and support go-to-market strategies
- Monitor market trends and provide insights for sales improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
- 6–10 years of experience in sales within the smartphone or high-tech hardware industry
- Strong network in the consumer electronics space
- Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
