Google shared a roundup of its AI developments from November, highlighting updates across products, research, and infrastructure. The company introduced Gemini 3, designed to support tasks such as planning, learning, content creation, and coding. Gemini 3 is now integrated into the Gemini app and is also available in Google Search through AI Mode, offering new visual layouts and interactive tools. Google also launched Nano Banana Pro, an image generation and editing model built on Gemini 3, and released Antigravity, an AI-powered development platform aimed at supporting agent-based workflows.
In mapping and mobility, Google announced upcoming hands-free, voice-assisted features in Google Maps powered by Gemini, along with landmark-based navigation in the U.S. Gemini also began rolling out in Android Auto to enable voice-driven tasks while driving.
Google introduced SIMA 2, an AI agent that can operate within virtual environments and engage in goal-oriented interaction. The company also released WeatherNext 2, a weather forecasting model, and reflected on the continued scientific impact of AlphaFold. For consumers, Google added new AI-driven tools for travel planning and shopping within Search and Gemini. In education, the company announced new funding and features supporting learning tools such as quizzes and flashcards. Google also outlined a major investment in AI and cloud infrastructure in Texas as part of broader economic initiatives.
