Intel is hiring a Retail Sales Manager to drive adoption and sales of Intel technologies across organized retail in India. This role focuses on building senior-level retailer relationships, accelerating market penetration, and growing revenue through strong execution of sales, marketing, and merchandising programs.
What the role involves:
- Building and managing strategic relationships with leading retail partners
- Driving sell-in and sell-through growth for Intel-based products
- Developing and executing retailer business plans and GTM strategies
- Working closely with sales, product, OEM, and marketing teams
- Tracking competition, market trends, and account performance
- Improving product placement, assortment, and Intel mix across stores and online
- Identifying growth barriers and creating solutions to increase consumption revenue
Ideal profile:
MBA with 10+ years of experience in sales across consumer electronics, IT, telecom, or retail. Strong understanding of organized retail, data-driven decision making, and executive stakeholder management. Proven ability to lead complex partnerships and deliver measurable results.
