Salil Raheja has been elevated to Director Total Rewards and Performance at Schneider Electric. In this role he will lead rewards strategy, performance management and talent enablement to support business growth and organisational effectiveness.
Before this role he served as Director HR and earlier as Senior General Manager HR at Schneider Electric. During this time he led people initiatives across Power Systems, Services and Global Customer Projects and supported integration and transformation programs. Earlier in his career he worked at Essar where he handled HR business partnering, talent management, rewards and organizational change. His experience supports Schneider Electric’s focus on strong people and performance practices.
