The founding members are Anthropic, Amazon Web Services, Cassava Technologies, Cohere, Ericsson, Google Cloud, Hanwha Group, Jio Platforms, Microsoft, Nokia, Nscale, NTT, Rapidus, Saab and SAP.

Members have agreed to five principles focused on transparent governance, secure development, supply chain oversight, open digital ecosystems and respect for rule of law and data protection. The Alliance aims to strengthen resilience and trust across connectivity, cloud, semiconductors, software and AI.

The group plans to expand and collaborate with governments and customers to support interoperable and responsible technology deployment globally.
