ReNew Reports Q3 FY26 Results with Higher Revenue and Improved Profitability

ReNew Energy Global announced its unaudited IFRS results for Q3 FY26 and nine months ended December 31, 2025.

As of December 31, 2025, total portfolio stood at ~19.2 GW including 1.5 GW BESS, up from ~17.4 GW a year ago. Commissioned capacity rose 7% year over year to ~11.4 GW, later increasing to ~11.7 GW including 100 MW BESS.

Q3 FY26 Highlights
Total income rose to INR 31,372 million from INR 21,198 million last year. Net loss narrowed to INR 198 million from INR 3,879 million. Adjusted EBITDA increased to INR 21,381 million. Electricity sold grew 23.1% to 5,077 million kWh.

Nine Months FY26
Total income reached INR 111,087 million versus INR 75,911 million. Net profit rose to INR 9,608 million from INR 1,454 million. Adjusted EBITDA stood at INR 74,840 million. Electricity sold increased 14% to 18,874 million kWh.

External sales from solar module and cell manufacturing contributed significantly to revenue and profitability growth.

For FY26, ReNew expects 1.8-2.4 GW construction completion and Adjusted EBITDA guidance of INR 90-93 billion.
