Aparajita Puri Appointed Managing Director, India & South Asia at Microsoft

Leadership Role Focuses on Regional Strategy Growth and Operations

Aparajita Puri has been appointed as Managing Director, India and South Asia at Microsoft.

In this role, she will lead the company’s strategy, growth, and operations across the region, supporting Microsoft’s presence in one of its key global markets. Her mandate includes driving business expansion and strengthening engagement across enterprises and partners.

She joins Microsoft from McKinsey & Company, where she spent over a decade and most recently served as Partner, advising organizations on strategy and transformation.

Earlier in her career, she held roles at Bain & Company and completed an internship at Deutsche Bank, building experience across consulting, finance, and business strategy.
