Sennheiser Showcases Immersive Audio and Wireless Technologies at NAB 2026
Sennheiser Group is presenting its latest immersive audio solutions and wireless technologies at NAB 2026, focusing on broadcast, streaming, and production workflows.
The company introduced updates to its Spectera platform, including a new firmware version with OpenAPI support to enable integration with third-party systems and customized workflows. Changes to the software ecosystem include a shift toward Spectera WebUI and SoundBase for system management.
Sennheiser also highlighted tools such as the Spectera Rental Finder and expanded licensing availability across regions including Taiwan, Brazil, and China. Updates to frequency usage in the 1.4 GHz band aim to support wireless microphone operations in high-demand environments.
In the AMBEO Zone, the company is demonstrating workflows for immersive audio production across broadcast and on-demand content. These include real-time and file-based rendering solutions designed to deliver spatial audio experiences on standard stereo systems.
