Sterlite Electric Appoints Archana Srivastava as Chief Human Resources Officer

Archana Srivastava to lead people strategy and organisational development as the company scales operations

Sterlite Electric has appointed Archana Srivastava as Chief Human Resources Officer. In this role she will lead people strategy with a focus on organisational capability, talent development and employee engagement aligned with business growth.

She joins the company at a time when Sterlite Electric is expanding its operations and strengthening its position in the power transmission sector. Her role will support building a strong workforce and enabling long term organisational growth.

Before joining Sterlite Electric she served as Head HR India at TE Connectivity where she led HR strategy for a large workforce across multiple locations. Her career also includes senior HR leadership roles at Vitesco Technologies and Continental along with earlier roles at Kalyani Steels Limited, Kirloskar Oil Engines Limited, VA Tech Wabag and Thermax Limited. She brings strong experience in workforce planning, leadership development and organisational transformation.
