Gurpiar Sibia to lead AI strategy and drive business value for clients across India
Bain & Company has appointed Gurpiar Sibia as Expert Partner and India Head AI Practice. In this role he will lead the firm’s AI initiatives helping clients translate AI capabilities into measurable business outcomes and scale.
He will focus on enabling organisations to adopt and implement AI for growth, efficiency and long term value creation. Bain’s AI practice supports clients in building and deploying AI solutions aligned with business strategy.
Gurpiar brings strong experience in cloud, data and AI. Before joining Bain he held senior leadership roles at Google Cloud across India and APAC working with enterprises and digital native companies. His career also includes experience at Cisco. His expertise spans AI strategy, enterprise transformation and cloud technologies.
