Ajit Menon Promoted to Chief Global Commercial Data, Digital and AI Officer at Johnson & Johnson

Ajit Menon has been elevated to Chief Global Commercial Data, Digital and AI Officer at Johnson & Johnson, effective April 2026.

In this role, he will lead global data, digital, and AI strategy, focusing on integrating advanced analytics and AI capabilities to support commercialization across the company’s healthcare portfolio. His responsibilities include overseeing teams across data science, digital health and precision medicine.

He brings over two decades of experience across biopharmaceuticals, analytics, and digital transformation. Prior to this role, he served as Vice President of Customer Engagement and Digital Transformation at Johnson & Johnson.

Earlier in his career, he held roles at Biogen, leading global business insights and forecasting, and at ZS Associates, where he worked in strategic consulting.
