Changes Include Tier Simplification and Services Pathways

Lenovo has announced updates to its Lenovo 360 channel framework, introducing changes aimed at simplifying partner engagement and supporting growth across its global ecosystem.

The updated structure streamlines partner tiers, creating a clearer progression from Authorized to Gold and Platinum levels. The changes align incentives with performance, skills, and accreditations, supported by the Lenovo 360 Partner Hub for tracking progress and performance.

Lenovo is also expanding its services-led approach through Lenovo 360 for Services, enabling partners to build recurring revenue models and offer solutions across areas such as hybrid cloud, AI, and digital workplace.

Additionally, the company is extending its managed services pathway to new markets and introducing Lenovo 360 Tech Connect, a technical community designed to support collaboration and skill development among partners.
