ASUS Republic of Gamers (ROG) has announced the Azoth 96 HE, a new gaming keyboard featuring magnetic switches, an OLED touchscreen, and tri-mode connectivity. The 96% layout offers a balance of compact design and full functionality. It uses hot-swappable ROG HFX V2 magnetic switches with adjustable actuation from 0.1 to 3.5mm and 0.01mm-step precision, allowing users to fine-tune keystrokes.
The keyboard also includes the ROG Hall sensor, which reduces interference and improves input accuracy. Each key is calibrated during production to enhance consistency and responsiveness. The Azoth 96 HE connects through ROG SpeedNova 8K wireless, wired USB, or Bluetooth, supporting up to five devices at once.
A 1.47-inch full-color OLED touchscreen displays system and keyboard information and works with a three-way knob for quick adjustments. The build includes a gasket mount and six-layer dampening with PORON, IXPE, and silicone pads for a quieter, cushioned typing experience. The metal top plate and translucent keycaps complete the refined design.
