Avinash Chintawar has been appointed Chief Operating Officer for Business I at Varroc

In this role, he will report to Arjun Jain, Whole Time Director and CEO of Business I, and lead the operations function to improve efficiency and performance across Varroc’s global network. With wide experience in manufacturing and business leadership, Avinash will focus on strengthening operations and driving sustainable growth in the automotive components sector.

Before joining Varroc, Avinash spent many years at Bosch in senior leadership roles, including Managing Director of Bosch Chassis Systems India and Chairman of Bosch India Foundation. He also worked with Robert Bosch GmbH in Germany and Bosch Limited in India, managing manufacturing, sales, marketing and engineering operations. His leadership experience and operational knowledge have been key to many successful transformations, and his move to Varroc marks another step in his journey of building high-performing industrial businesses.
