Bhawish Awasthy has joined SolarEdge Technologies as Director HR and Talent Management. In this role he will lead talent strategy, organisational development and HR transformation to support long term growth. His focus will be on building strong culture, enabling high performing teams and aligning people priorities with business goals.

He brings wide HR leadership experience from several organisations. He earlier served as Chief Human Resources Officer at CLAAS. He has also held General Manager Human Resources roles at The Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company and India Yamaha Motor Pvt Ltd. His career includes senior HR positions at CNH, Bharti Infratel Limited and Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India Pvt Ltd. This background across manufacturing, automotive and infrastructure sectors supports his work at SolarEdge.
