Dacs is hiring an Area Sales Executive to manage primary and secondary sales across Mumbai. The role focuses on dealer development, distributor management, retail execution, and achieving monthly sales targets for consumer electronics products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive primary and secondary sales for TVs ACs washing machines and soundbars
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Appoint new distributors and expand the retailer network
  • Ensure stock availability and proper retail execution
  • Manage in-store branding displays and promotions
  • Build strong relationships with distributors retailers and influencers
  • Track competitor pricing schemes and product launches
  • Maintain sales reports MIS and collection follow-ups

Requirements

  • Graduate or MBA preferred
  • 2–6 years of experience in consumer electronics sales
  • Strong understanding of dealer and distributor networks
  • Good communication negotiation and reporting skills
  • Willingness to travel extensively
