Deepinder Goyal has announced that he will step down as Group Chief Executive Officer of Eternal Ltd. effective February 1, 2026. The announcement was shared directly by Goyal, clarifying the leadership transition at the company.

Goyal explained that he plans to pursue new and higher-risk ideas that he believes are better explored outside the structure of a publicly listed company. As part of the transition, he will move into the role of Vice Chairman and Director of Eternal Ltd., pending shareholder approval.

Eternal has appointed Albinder Singh Dhindsa, current CEO of Blinkit and co-founder of the quick commerce business, as the new Group CEO. Dhindsa is expected to take charge from February and lead day-to-day operations and strategic execution across Eternal’s portfolio
