Role Overview
- The Service Coordinator will be responsible for:
- Handling escalation calls from clients
- Coordinating with brand partners to ensure smooth service operations
- Preparing reports and managing data using MS Excel
- Supporting service processes in mobility, consumer electronics, and home appliances categories
Requirements
- 1+ years of relevant experience in service coordination (mobility, electronics, or home appliances preferred)
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Proficiency in Excel and report preparation
- Open to male and female candidates
