Fourth quarter revenue reaches $2.12 billion, up 17% year over year. Gross margin stands at 59.2% while operating margin improves to 28.9%. Operating income grows 19% to $614 million. GAAP earnings per share are $2.73 and pro forma EPS is $2.79, reflecting 16% growth.
During the quarter Garmin launches the GPSMAP 9000xsv series for marine users, collaborates with Truemed to enable HSA and FSA purchases for select products and enhances Garmin Connect+ with AI based nutrition insights. The company also receives five CES 2026 Innovation Awards.
For fiscal year 2025, revenue reaches a record $7.25 billion, up 15%. Operating income totals $1.88 billion with operating margin at 25.9%. The company ships over 20 million units and reports GAAP EPS of $8.59 and pro forma EPS of $8.56.
