Google has released the Gemini 3 Deep Think artificial intelligence model to users subscribed to its AI Ultra plan. The model was previously mentioned during the launch of Gemini 3 Pro and is positioned as an option for handling tasks involving logic, reasoning, mathematics, and science. According to Google, Deep Think is intended for complex problem-solving and is accessible only through the company’s highest-priced subscription tier.
The announcement highlights the model’s performance on two benchmarks. Google states that Deep Think scored 41 percent on Humanity’s Last Exam, a test focused on academic reasoning, and 45.1 percent on ARC-AGI-2, which assesses visual problem-solving and code-based reasoning. These scores are presented by the company as indicators of the model’s analytical abilities and its progress toward advanced reasoning behaviour.
Deep Think uses an approach Google calls parallel reasoning, where the model evaluates multiple solution paths instead of following a single line of reasoning. It then refines its output through repeated evaluation cycles. The model can be accessed through the Gemini website or app by selecting the Deep Think option and choosing Gemini 3 Pro. Access remains limited to users subscribed to the Google AI Ultra plan, which in India costs Rs. 24,500 per month.
