At CES 2026 in Las Vegas HP Inc. announced a new approach to desktop computing with the HP EliteBoard G1a Next Gen AI PC and the HP Series 7 Pro 4K Monitor. The announcements focus on flexible workstyles local AI performance and secure professional workflows.
The HP EliteBoard G1a is a full AI PC built directly into a keyboard designed to move easily between workspaces. Powered by AMD Ryzen AI 300 Series processors it delivers local AI processing for Copilot+ PC features while connecting to external displays. The device has an ultra-thin profile weighs about 750 grams and integrates microphones speakers and optional battery support. HP Smart Sense and AMD Auto State Management dynamically adjust performance cooling and power use. Security is handled through hardware-enforced HP Wolf Security for Business protecting firmware and AI workflows.
Alongside it HP introduced the Series 7 Pro 4K Monitor featuring Neo:LED display technology IPS Black performance factory-calibrated color accuracy and Thunderbolt 4 connectivity with up to 140W power delivery. Both products are expected to be available from March 2026 with pricing to be announced closer to launch.
