Hyundai Motor Group has announced that it will unveil its Group level AI Robotics Strategy at CES 2026 under the theme “Partnering Human Progress.” The presentation will focus on human robot collaboration, manufacturing innovation and the role of AI robotics across the Group’s operations.
The strategy will be detailed during Hyundai Media Day on January 5, 2026 at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center in Las Vegas. The session will also be livestreamed on the Group’s global YouTube channel. Hyundai plans to outline how AI robotics will be expanded across its Group Value Network with the goal of supporting commercialization through integrated technologies and real world use cases.
A key highlight at CES 2026 will be the public debut of the new Atlas robot from Boston Dynamics. This marks the first time the next generation Atlas will appear on stage, signaling progress toward practical deployment of AI powered robotic co workers in industrial and manufacturing settings.
Hyundai Motor Group will also share its approach to AI robotics learning training and expansion using its Software Defined Factory framework. This approach combines data driven manufacturing systems with software based control to improve flexibility across production processes. The Group aims to manage the full robotics value chain, covering development training deployment logistics and software through integrated internal capabilities.
From January 6 to 9, visitors at the Las Vegas Convention Center can experience Hyundai Motor Group’s AI robotics technologies through interactive exhibits. The booth will feature real life scenarios, demonstrations and presentations highlighting Atlas along with other robotics platforms including Spot and MobED, offering insight into how these systems can be applied in work environments and daily life.
