Jaisharma has been appointed as the CFO for Schneider Electric’s Greater India Zone

Jaisharma has been appointed as the Chief Financial Officer for Schneider Electric’s Greater India Zone, a key step in his 11-year journey with the company. Before this, he worked as Director of Business Finance and Head of FP&A India, where he handled financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and supported business operations across the country. Earlier, as Sr GM – Business Finance India, he was responsible for overall financial performance, reporting and providing insights on key business indicators.

Before joining Schneider Electric, Jaisharma worked with Tata Teleservices Ltd for nearly six years. There he set up the FP&A vertical for enterprise finance and played a major role in planning, budgeting, evaluating KPIs and driving operational efficiency. With his wide experience in finance leadership at both Schneider Electric and Tata Teleservices, he has built a strong reputation for aligning financial strategy with business growth.
