Jasmeet Bhatia appointed as President and CHRO at Ashok Leyland

Jasmeet Bhatia has been appointed President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Ashok Leyland. In this role he will lead people strategy, leadership development and organisational transformation. His focus will be on building strong talent capabilities, supporting a high performance culture and aligning HR priorities with long term business goals.

Before joining Ashok Leyland he served as Chief Human Resources Officer and Executive Vice President at Thermax Limited. He brings over two decades of HR leadership experience from organisations such as Carrier HVAC, Valvoline Inc. and Honeywell. Across these roles he has led large teams and managed complex transformation initiatives across regions.
