Lenovo Appoints Tareq Alangari as SVP and President of Middle East, Türkiye and Africa

Lenovo has appointed Tareq Alangari as Senior Vice President and President of its Middle East Türkiye and Africa business. He will lead the META region from Lenovo’s regional headquarters in Saudi Arabia.

In this role he will focus on strengthening Lenovo’s presence across the region by aligning with national digital priorities and supporting long term technology programs. The company plans to focus on areas such as AI led solutions, cloud infrastructure and advanced computing to support governments, enterprises and consumers across the region.

Tareq Alangari brings 25 years of leadership experience across technology, telecom, cloud and digital services. Before joining Lenovo he served as CEO of e& enterprise Saudi Arabia where he built and scaled the business across digital infrastructure, cloud, AI, cybersecurity and fintech. His experience in building growth focused technology businesses supports Lenovo’s regional transformation goals.
