Lenovo has introduced Premier Support Plus for Servers, a premium service designed to reduce downtime and simplify IT operations for mission critical environments. The offering supports Lenovo ThinkSystem and ThinkAgile servers and focuses on proactive and predictive support powered by AI.
The service uses AI driven monitoring and Call Home automation to detect potential issues early and automatically initiate support cases and parts dispatch. It also includes preventative maintenance tools such as wellness dashboards and firmware health checks to improve system reliability.
Customers receive 24 by 7 access to Lenovo experts with a 4 hour onsite response objective for critical issues. A designated Service Engagement Manager provides onboarding, reporting and regular reviews as a single point of accountability. The Keep Your Drive option allows customers to retain failed drives for data security and compliance.
The service is available in more than 75 markets. For high availability needs, Lenovo also offers an optional Committed Service Repair add on with a 6 hour onsite repair commitment.
