Livspace is hiring a Lead – Category Expert to drive sales of kitchen appliances across its interior design projects. The role focuses on customer engagement, product demonstrations, funnel conversion, and close coordination with interior designers to meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand customer needs during the home design journey
- Promote and sell kitchen appliances like hobs chimneys ovens and microwaves
- Work closely with interior designers to manage and convert sales funnels
- Achieve monthly quarterly and annual sales targets
- Upsell premium and private label products
- Conduct in-store demos and promotional activities
- Share customer feedback with internal teams
- Train sales teams on product features and benefits
- Maintain product visibility and placement at retail points
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business marketing or related fields
- 1–3 years of sales experience in consumer durables or kitchen appliances
- Strong communication and customer handling skills
