Meta has introduced new AI tools across Facebook and Instagram to improve user support and content safety.
The company is rolling out a Meta AI support assistant globally, offering 24/7 help for account-related issues such as password resets, privacy settings and content reporting. The assistant can respond quickly and, in some cases, take direct actions within the apps to resolve user requests.
Meta is also expanding the use of advanced AI systems for content enforcement. These systems are designed to detect scams, impersonation and harmful content more accurately while reducing errors. Early testing shows improvements in identifying violations and preventing issues like account takeovers and fraudulent activity.
