Niharika Mohan has been appointed Chief Human Resources Officer for the Greater India Zone at Schneider Electric. In this role she will lead talent strategy, leadership development and inclusion focused performance efforts across India. Her mandate supports building a future ready workforce in one of Schneider Electric’s key growth markets.
She brings strong global HR experience from within Schneider Electric. Most recently she served as Vice President Human Resources for Secure Power International where she led people strategy across more than 80 markets. Earlier she was CHRO at Luminous Power Technologies where she helped build a unified HR function for a large business. She has also held roles such as VP Global HR for Strategic Customers and Segments and HR Director for India and South Asia. Before joining Schneider Electric she worked at Aon Hewitt and Tata Consultancy Services which strengthened her foundation in compensation, organisation design and workforce strategy.
