Panasonic Corporation has made an additional investment in Neautech Inc., the provider of the online skin treatment platform ANS., through the Panasonic Kurashi Visionary Fund, jointly managed with SBI Investment. Following its initial investment in February 2024, Panasonic continues as the lead investor, reinforcing its partnership with Neautech to advance digital healthcare and personalized beauty solutions.
Founded in 2022, Neautech’s ANS. platform offers online medical consultations, prescription services, and skincare guidance via smartphones, combining pharmaceutical and counseling support to deliver a sustainable, door-to-door skincare experience. The platform’s recurring model leverages digital tools and AI to enhance user engagement and retention.
The collaboration has already led to innovations such as “AI Skin-chan,” an AI assistant that supports users in their skincare routines. With the new investment, Panasonic aims to extend this partnership beyond medical skincare into broader health and beauty domains, focusing on “companion-type care” that integrates AI and human interaction for more personalized experiences.
Panasonic plans to continue fostering open innovation by investing in startups across sectors closely tied to daily life, including energy, food, spatial infrastructure, and lifestyle, strengthening its commitment to sustainable growth and social value creation.
