Piush Kothari to Lead Customer Experience and Omnichannel Strategy at Croma
Piush Kothari has been appointed Chief Customer Experience Officer at Croma. In this role, he will lead customer experience strategy with a focus on omnichannel engagement, customer-centric initiatives and brand loyalty.
Before joining Croma, he served as EVP and Head of Subscriptions and Media at JioHotstar. He also held leadership roles at The Walt Disney Company, where he worked on product, growth, partnerships and international expansion for Disney+ Hotstar.
Earlier in his career, he worked with Welspun World, Aditya Birla Group, Accenture and Shell.
Kothari brings experience across digital strategy, product growth and business transformation, which will support Croma’s efforts to improve customer experience across its retail ecosystem.
