Pritesh Vinay has taken charge as Chief Executive Officer of Vayona Energy from January 2026. Based in Mumbai he will lead the company’s strategy, operations and long term growth plans. He brings more than two decades of experience across energy, metals, finance and capital markets.
Before joining Vayona Energy he served as Whole Time Director and Director Finance at JSW Energy Ltd where he also held the role of Chief Financial Officer. He worked on financial governance, capital allocation, investor relations and the company’s expansion across conventional and renewable energy assets. Earlier in his career he held senior roles at JSW Steel Limited managing corporate finance and investor relations for the JSW Group. He has also worked at Goldman Sachs India Securities, Edelweiss Capital, Hindalco Industries and Aditya Birla Management Corporation.
